Anchored Fast Foods List

We are going in! We are Anchored For Glory and are fasting with a joyful attitude knowing that the harvest of this quest will come out of what we put in whole heartedly. The Good Life Ministry wants to support the Love Quest Family during this fast and have included a general and detailed nutrition/food guide with specific items being included and excluded in every food group.

 

As per any dietary or exercise routine change, it may take time to adjust but because we are doing this together as a family and with support we can ALL do it! Get creative, pull put old recipes and research new ones to adapt to the flavours and tastes you like. There are many many options with the foods list given, we just gotta keep a positive mindset throughout the process and lean in fully to the Holy Spirit as He increases our desire for more of HIM and less of us and worldly desires.
